Some years ago, I began putting on weight. After a Herculean struggle, I would lose the weight, but eventually it began creeping up and up again.
I was a nutritional therapist and bioresonance practitioner, so I was frustrated by my inability to keep the weight off and to heal my aches and pains. Before I began putting on weight, I used to feel satisfied after eating much less food.
I suspected something was blocking my body's natural ability to regulate my appetite, but I didn't know what it was. However, I was sure that if I could find the cause, I would also be able to find a solution.
I knew I wasn't the only person whose body had stopped regulating their appetite, government figures suggest that weight problems which are almost reaching epidemic proportions, are going to get even worse.
I knew I wasn’t going to uncover the answer overnight. I knew it would take time, but I was very keen to find the answer; I was keen to know why so many people's bodies had suddenly lost the ability to regulate their intake of food by switching off their appetite.
So, in 2013, I took the plunge and sold my house so I could devote my time to uncovering the cause. It took four years, but it was worth it. By the end of those four years, I had uncovered the major blocks which prevent so many people's bodies from self-regulating [and self-healing]:
1] Nutritional blocks, including hidden food intolerances.
2] E-smog and other synthetic toxins
3] Emotional blocks
Even more interestingly, by the end of those 4 years, I knew how to remove these blocks. During those 4-years, I also developed a technique I have called Hypno-Sensing® to remove emotional blocks

How emotional blocks affect the body
Not everyone has emotional blocks, but for those who do, the impact on their health can be profound. Emotional blocks are caused by severe stress, or repetitive negative thinking patterns, which can make us more susceptible to:
- Aches and pains
- Digestive problems
- Heart disease
- Sleep problems
- Weight gain
- Memory and concentration problems
After reading a book by Microbiologist Candace Pert called Molecules of Emotion, I began suspecting that my symptoms may have been caused -in part- by emotional blocks. Pert explained how emotional stress and repeated negative thoughts produce inflammatory chemicals such as cytokines and leukotrienes. She also explained the damaging effect an excess of these chemicals can have on the body.
Some years ago, I divorced my now ex-husband. There was no-one else involved and I hoped for as swift and pain-free a divorce as possible. In the event, it dragged on for over 10 years, and was unnecessarily litigious. I had suppressed most of these feelings, but now that I knew the damage suppressed feelings can cause, and that they could be affecting my weight, I thought I’d better do something about them.
When I realised how many people are affected by negative thinking, I was even more motivated to find a solution

In search of a solution
I didn’t know where to begin, so I tried traditional ‘talk therapy’. It didn’t work for me, then I discovered ‘energy psychology’. Instead of encouraging you to analyse your feelings, energy psychology is rooted in the new knowledge that everything in the Universe is energy, including our thoughts and feelings. The received wisdom is that if we fail to resolve our feelings about an upsetting event, the feeling becomes trapped in our energy system and block the flow of Qi -vital energy.
I decided to try out one of these new 'energy techniques'.
After my first energy psychology session, I was very pleasantly surprised; once the trapped energy was released, the corresponding negative feeling simply vanished!
Over the course of a few years, I became a practitioner of many energy psychology techniques.
However, I soon discovered that as instantly successful as these techniques were, some of the feelings which had been ‘released’, would often resurface.
Also, while people had great success using the techniques during our sessions, they were often reluctant to use the techniques at home.
I was keen to find a way to help people transform their negative feelings in a way that would be effective long-term, and would also be easy to do.
During the four years I spent trying to uncover the reason I'd developed food cravings, and my body was no longer regulation my appetite, I had several insights that allowed me to come up with the idea for Hypno-Sensing®
Hypno-Sensing® allows communication with the subconscious mind without having to go into a deep trance. Our subconscious mind is responsible for our self-talk and 95% of our behaviour. Our subconscious mind has no agenda, it merely feeds us back the information we programme into it, which becomes our self-talk. If our self-talk is negative, our perception tends to be negative, and if our perception is negative, our projection tends to be negative. However, if we can change the software in our subconscious mind, our self-talk will change, and when our self-talk improves, everything improves!
The first Hypno-Sensing session lasts for approximately one hour. During the session, you are not in a deep trance, but at 'alpha level' of brainwave activity. This is the ideal brainwave frequency to allow communication with your subconscious mind. During the session, you will communicate your conscious intention to your subconscious mind [which will probably have received many 'mixed messages' over the years].
With Hypno-Sensing, you are re-writing -sometimes decades- of corrupt software. The purpose is to give clear instructions to your subconscious mind so it understands clearly what it is you really want. Once your subconscious mind is on the same page as your conscious intention, it will become your faithful friend, instead of your worst enemy; our subconscious mind often sabotages our conscious desires by thinking it is doing the right thing-according to the corrupt software we have uploaded in the past.
An added bonus
After discovering how powerful ‘feeling words’ are, I created several feeling-word lists which I use during Hypno-Sensing® sessions. When used with Hypno-Sensing®, some of the feeling-word lists help people identify feelings which may have been trapped in their energy system for decades, and which can now be transformed using Hypno-Sensing®.
I record all Hypno-Sensing sessions. Recordings usually last between 10-20 minutes. In order to re-programme the subconscious mind, I recommend listening to the recording at least once a day. Once your subconscious mind understands your conscious intention, you may be amazed at the changes that occur.
Hypno-Sensing® sessions can be added-on at the end of your regular Bioresonanceplus session. Or, they can be carried out during a separate session, or via Skype. The first session will last 1 hour. All other session could be 30 mins, or more depending on what is required.
